Priorities:
  1. Implement the Check and Connect Program This program will be used to improve educational outcomes for children in a high risk school. A caseload of 25 students will be served by Lilyfield’s staff and volunteers.

  2. Case Management support and referral services provided to families of the 25 children served through this program.

  3. Empower Kids Club/ Summer Program will be offered to children who participate through Check and Connect.
